    *GFX (Gym Floor Exercise) kulüp içerisindeki fonksiyonel ağırlık alanında, eğitmen eşliğinde yapılan grup egzersizidir. GFX ile tüm kas gruplarınızı çalıştırırken dilediğin fit vücuda kısa sürede kavuşabilirsiniz.
